Casino, sometimes known as Cuban Salsa, builds upon earlier Cuban dance traditions. It integrates the foundational elements of Son with rhythmic footwork, playful partner exchanges, and fluid body movement, creating a lively and social dance experience that defines much of Cuban popular culture.

Son is the deep, sophisticated fusion of African percussion and Spanish melody—the true foundation from which Cuba's most beloved dances, including various Cuban dance styles, were born. This elegant, timeless style is where rhythm and romance find their most authentic, profound voice. It is the foundation to Latin dance styles including Salsa and Bachata.

Experience raw, untamed emotion and powerful storytelling through the vibrant Cuban dance known as Rumba. This primal expression of Cuban heritage is driven by hypnotic live percussion and passionate, expressive movement. It's a spontaneous dance of confidence, fiery improvisation, and the deep heartbeat of the culture.

The Cha Cha Cha emerged as an evolution of Mambo and Danzón, distinguished by its signature syncopated triple step (cha-cha-cha). As a vibrant Cuban dance, it features a playful rhythm and universal appeal, quickly spreading around the world and becoming impossible to resist.

Danzón is a representation of Cuban dance history, blending European classical influences with Afro-Cuban rhythms. Characterized by poised posture and intricate, flowing turns, it stands as one of the earliest and most sophisticated masterpieces within the Cuban dance tradition.
